We recommended 10-20 images in your listings and a mix of:

  • Venue-centric photos  – think real estate photography
  • Cocktail event photos
  • Sit-Down event photos
  • Blank Canvas photos
  • General trade photos (food, drink and vibes)

2. Availability


Be specific with you venue’s opening hours and when it is available for hire.

 

3. PDF Attachments

Do you have any new menus, function kit or floor plans that you want to attach?

 

4. Contact Details

Are your contact details correct? Please check your phone number and email (you’ll need to submit a test enquiry to see if the email is correct).

 

5. Text/Copy

Does your copy need a refresh? Don’t forget… each listing needs their own, individual write-up.

 

6. Videos

Do you have any videos to display on your profile? Simply send through embed code or the YouTube link.

Let us know the details about the specific sections of your venue available for hire, along with their matching capacities.

Please provide…

  • Name of Space
  • Hero Photo of Space
  • Cocktail (minimum/maximum capacities)
  • Sit-Down (minimum /maximum capacities)
  • Description of the space (at least 2 sentences)
