East Fremantle Yacht Club is positioned right on the edge of Swan River, offering some of the best views in Perth. This waterfront venue has hosted an array of events, from weddings; to elegant balls; to casual cocktail style parties; corporate meetings with a sundowner. The team at EFYC is happy to help work with you to create your perfect event.

With stunning 180-degree views of Swan River, the magical sunsets and beautiful surroundings create a perfect backdrop for your special occasion.

There are three function rooms available for hire – the River Room, the Ward Room and the Observation Lounge & Deck. Please note – all rooms can be joined to increase capacity.

The River Room (100 seated guests or up to 150 cocktail style) - features a bar, plenty of space for a dance floor and balcony access with stunning Swan River views.

The Ward Room (75 seated guests or up to 100 cocktail style) - offers plenty of room for a dance floor, a bar, and balcony access with beautiful views.

The Observation Lounge & Deck (30 seated guests or up to 75 cocktail style) - best suited to more intimate functions. This space offers direct access to the balcony. Enjoy private alfresco dining overlooking Swan River.
