The National Hotel Best Modern Pubs

On the first floor of The National Hotel you will find a cosy restaurant with a classic interior, dominant with calm and warm colours. The first-floor restaurant has original fireplaces, vintage crystal decanter lights, jarrah floors, exposed brick walls, huge French-windows, high ceilings and Federation-style architecture, with a magnificent 50 metre veranda running along two sides of the room giving spectacular views.

View Fremantle from above with 360-degree views to Rottnest and over the port. The rooftop is open seven days a week from midday, weather permitting. Featuring a large range of premium international and local beers and wines and a great selection of spirits and gins. Casual walk ins are welcome, and reservations for drinks are not taken. Areas of the rooftop can be reserved for functions for groups from 10 to 50 people with a minimum spend of $32 per head on canapes plus a $10 per head venue hire fee. Lower midweek prices may be negotiated.

The restaurant is open from midday until late on Fridays - Sundays. The restaurant, in its entirety or in smaller sections, can be booked for private functions, as can the veranda. They also serve traditional afternoon tea on the veranda at the weekends.

The restaurant offers lunch and dinner options for all occasions. In the evening, you can enjoy candle light and calm music. All products are fresh and locally sourced with the talented Head Chef cultivating a unique menu set to impress.

Families are most welcome with their family friendly veranda and alfresco dining with a children’s menu to accompany. The National Hotel is here to bring you food you will love, drinks you want to drink and keep that service you can’t wait to come back for!
