The Classroom – Quirky Spaces

Unfortunately this venue is now permanently closed.

The Classroom, located in North Perth, is the quirkiest and most unique venue to host a myriad of events. The Classroom is dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for your guests, with the addition of everything being school themed! Have your guests comparing notes and sharing old school day memories at your next birthday, office party or school reunion.

MAIN BAR

The Main Bar is filled with school-themed memorabilia that will leave you feeling nostalgic,  whilst sipping away at award winning delicious cocktails such as the ‘Detention’, ’30 cm Rule’ or the ‘E = Mc²

LIBRARY FUNCTION ROOM

The Library includes a mysterious entrance through a secret door via the main bar.  Watch your guests be awestruck as they enter this truly unique and private function space.  The Library takes inspiration from school libraries of yesteryear.  The décor consists of genuine chesterfield couches, surrounded by floor to ceiling book shelves & books, a timeless chandelier and plenty more. The Library can accommodate up to 50 people.

Facilities include:

• Excellent sound system (Guests are encouraged to bring along their favourite playlist),


• Cordless microphones


• Projector screen


• TV (Guests are welcome to bring a slide show via USB)


• Lights, heating & cooling can be adjusted.

YARD FUNCTION ROOM

This private room mimics the old school yard, and even has its own re-modelled private bar  to resemble the classic school canteen. Hire separately for a max. of 50 people or adjoin with ‘Library’ function room to allow up to 100 guests.

Facilities include:

• Excellent sound system (Guests are encouraged to bring along their favourite playlist),


• Cordless microphones


• Projector screen


• TV (Guests are welcome to bring a slide show via USB)


• Lights, heating & cooling can be adjusted


• Private bar


• Private bathrooms


• Large ‘I must not’ white board for your guests to complete.

Both Function rooms are fantastic for school reunions, Harry Potter themed events, quirky engagements & wedding ceremonies, birthdays, corporate functions and hens & bucks nights.

Why not let The Classroom theme your function for you and have your guests dress in their favourite school uniform.  All types of themes, decorations/props, and photo booths are welcome. Don’t hesitate to speak to the Venue Manager to request or discuss anything you have in mind to make your event, just the way you want it! There's food and beverage packages available, individual food meals, platters to suit dietary requirements and tailored bar tabs.

COCKTAIL MASTER CLASSES
A fantastic way to start your night, event or even your hen’s/buck’s night. The Classroom's Cocktail Mixologist will instruct, perform and of course - rate your drinks. All you need to do is sample the fine creations you have presented. Grab a min. of 6 of your besties and come in for a Cocktail Master Class filled with education, tips & tricks and packed with a whole load of fun.
