ABOUT The George on Collins
Top Modern Restaurants

The George on Collins is a stunning modern Australian restaurant with an added Spanish flair in Melbourne's CBD. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday to Friday and Saturday night dinner, making this restaurant a favourite with everyone.

Their breakfast menu offers the traditional avocado toast, as well as offering hearty seasonal changes to keep everyone happy. Their lunch and dinner menu's are based on the concept of sharing, with a selection of main meals designed by Head Chef Quim Hernandez.
