Established in 2020, Sable has quickly become one of the most popular vegan venues Melbourne has to offer. Their location in Thornbury is one of a kind, providing an exclusively plant-based café, restaurant and bar menu as well as a semi-private function space situated in their modern-industrial bar room.

At Sable they specialise in premium plant-based food. Serving loaded bagels & chunky New York style cookies by day and Italo-American inspired dining by night. Whether you’re looking to grab a quick bite in the morning or sit down and enjoy a drink with dinner, they have something for you.

Join Sable while they are serving up $14 pizzas on Wednesdays, $19 pasta Sunday nights or $19 parmas exclusively on Thursdays!

Walk through the timber archway at the back of the restaurant, to find a large upmarket warehouse bar serving up special house made cocktails, featuring a carefully selected variety of Australian wines and local craft brews on tap. To top it all off, Sable supports animal welfare organisations through sales of our in-house apparel store.
