Sable's semi-private function space accommodates up to 100 people in a cocktail setting, although it can be divided for smaller groups to offer a more intimate feel for your event. Situated at the back of their venue this area will provide you and your guests exclusive access to Sable's bar. If you’re looking for something bigger their full venue is also available for hire 7 days a week!

Located on High Street, Thornbury, Sable is conveniently positioned a short walk from both Croxton Station and the 86 tram, there is also plenty of parking available nearby.

Their venue design takes inspiration from downtown New York. You’ll see an abundance of intentionally raw finishes which bring the beauty of our 1940’s heritage-listed building back to life. Lots of exposed brick, heavily textured Tuscan render and 3 large archways that light up the bar.

At Sable, they take pride in serving a 100% plant-based menu, they offer a wide range of catering and beverage packages for you to choose from. They will happily work with you to accommodate any dietary requirements you or your guests may have.
