The Lonsdale Street precinct consists of four adjacent properties situated on the edge of Melbourne’s vibrant Chinatown and Greek precincts. Spanning from Tattersalls lane to Celestial Avenue and fronting onto Lonsdale Street, these spaces can be hired as a whole, in sections, by level or part thereof:

 

Golden Square Annex Warehouse

A three-level Warehouse, currently operating as an annex of the Golden Square Car Park.

1. The ground floor is accessible via Tattersalls Lane or by the Golden Square Car Park.


2. The middle and upper floors are via the Golden Square Car Park only.


3. The upper floor can be combined with the Golden Square roof deck to create an unmatched inner-city location for your event.

 

Golden Square Car Park & Roof Deck

A three-story, seven (split) deck car park spanning Lonsdale Street to Little Bourke.

 

Golden Square Open-Air: 

The only open-air car park in the CBD with vehicle access from Lonsdale Street and the option of pedestrian access via Celestial Avenue.
