524 Flinders is the definition of a blank canvas and as they do not work exclusively with any suppliers, you have the freedom to choose your preferred team for catering, furniture and AV, thus creating a truly bespoke event. Alternatively, you can speak to the event management agency who can create a custom package specifically for your event.

The venue’s footprint covers over 330m2 of polished concrete floors, with the concrete ceiling measuring a generous 3.6 meters in height. In addition, the venue showcases a large undercover out door smoking area which overlooks Flinders street.

524 Flinders is suitable for:

Facilities include:

• A Catering Room which is located on level one and offers a private area for food preparation.


• Roller Door access where suppliers can easily bump-in and out. Access via Katherines Place. Loading Bays – Are located just outside the venue on Katherines Place.


• 2 male and 2 female bathrooms as well as 1 disabled bathroom located on ground floor.


• Outside Courtyard Area of approx. 75 m2, licensed for drinking and smoking.


• Access to 2 three phase outlets (32amp 5 pin).
