Welcoming back Emulation HallNov 17, 2017

Located in the inner Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, is Emulation Hall – an unsuspecting function venue in Canterbury. Hidden City Secrets were lucky enough to be invited to the launch of Emulation Hall by CNK catering at their Gin Party (and gosh, was it a good one).

Walking up towards the double story building, depicts a yellow exterior that gives no indication of the stunning decor on the inside. This classic and timeless space has retained all original masonic features from stepped floors, timber benches and heritage light finishes.

Emulation Hall - Cocktail Party Function Venues Melbourne

After nearly being demolished, this heritage listed building has been respectfully and sensitively restored over the last two years into a beautiful and unique venue space. The redesign of this space focuses on the original venue while also maintaining a simple and elegant décor. The perfect venue for any celebration. Accommodating 200 for a seated event or 400 for a cocktail style party.

Pure sophistication emanates  throughout the venue. The Gin Party saw us welcomed by a gentleman at the front door directing us upstairs where the presentation continued to the temple room with a 3 piece orchestra playing.

Where we were spoilt further with plenty of Gin Cocktails and food.

This event did not disappoint. Show casing CNK’s catering abilities with glorious amounts of different canapés and grazing stations from oysters, cold cuts, duck, vegetables, an entire table dedicated to cheese and of course dessert!

Flo’s Botanical Studio created an amazing range of floral centrepieces that contributed to a beautiful scenery that all worked fantastically

Sketch and Etch proved once again that they can make a sign for anything. From the gold mirror welcome signage to ‘The Gin Bar’ in golden typography.

The combination of Flo’s Botanical Studio flowers and Luxe Chandeliers created the perfect back drop for the Pash Photo booth where plenty of fun was had and memories made.

From the moment you walk into this place you are transported into another world, where it can be turned into any realm you desire for your function. This space offers absolutely everything you need for any event from its perfect location, space and party options.

Emulation hall is no longer a secret gem. This glamorous space with stunning high ceilings and an interior like no other, is ready for any celebration.
