Before the summer ends, be sure to hit up one of Melbourne’s riverside bars and enjoy some drinks with friends whilst indulging in the 360-degree views of the sunny CBD.
1 Flinders Walk, Melbourne CBD
Spanning over 50 metres of the Yarra River, Arbory Afloat is a floating bar, boasting a European-inspired food and drinks menu, and an unmissable summer vibe.
With a towering tree line decorating the length of the bar and an eye-catching nautical theme, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a hot February day or night.
Go early and grab breakfast or lunch from the all-day menu of creative comfort food, or dip into the Southern Italian cuisine with the delicious sharing menus.
Either way, don’t let the opportunity go afloat.
The Common Man Summer Garden Pop-Up
39 Dukes Walk, South Wharf
The Common Man Lawn has transformed into a Summer Garden Pop-Up on Melbourne’s South Wharf.
The Heineken 3 Pop-Up Bar and Pimms Garden accompanies the outdoor cinema and offers entertainment in the form of bocce, giant Jenga and Connect Four.
Sip on some Pimms Cocktails and frozen sav blanc, and feast on the colourful menu of rustic Melbourne favourites.
Open for business only momentarily on Melbourne’s Yarra River, be sure to stop by Supafish this summer. Who wouldn’t want to drink inside a floating fish anyway?
Describing itself as a mysterious and constantly moving vessel, Supafish is currently open 11am-1am daily and is an intriguing twist on your regular riverside bar.
Drinks include cocktails, beer, cider and wine, as well as the Corona Sunset buckets from 6-8pm daily. The neon-lit structure stands out as a must-see for locals and visitors, lighting up the summer nights in unique fashion.
Get yourself off the ground and jump on board the Supafish for a day or night out with friends this summer.
