The Woolshed is a true hospitality hybrid and is a favourite waterside meeting and celebration destination. The waterside conservatory has stunning views over Victoria harbour and is perfect for both large group dining events or intimate casual affairs.

The menu combines the best locally sourced produce with a modern gastronomic twist. The Woolshed specialises in dry aged meats, fresh seafood as well as more traditional classics. Make sure you take a look at the special dry aging cabinets located next to the kitchen where you can see some stunning steaks aging to perfection.

The kitchen view room is an intimate dining room which can seat up to 24 guests for a private dining experience next to the buzz of the main kitchen with its own outside terrace.

The restaurant décor is fresh and modern with a lot of exposed reclaimed timber panels, polished concrete floors and a huge metal sculpture which hangs inside over the main dining space. The kitchen is open with a large granite pass where you can watch the chefs cook and enjoy the buzz and theatre of the team preparing for 100's of guests.
