ABOUT Sushi Boto
Sushi Train Restaurant

This sushi train restaurant with a twist has recently opened up in the bustling Food Hall that's perfectly situated in St. Collins Lane in the heart of the CBD. Think of your favourite sushi train but then swap the train for a boat, and voilà, you have Sushi Boto!

Navy blue hand crafted sushi boats diligently sail along the picturesque Sushi Boto stream and offer you fresh and delicious plates straight to your seat. Sushi Boto’s menu is derived from traditional sushi but also includes western influences such as soy sauce infused with Vegemite and tempura chilli cheese avocado – taking inspiration from Sushi Boto’s café roots of White Mojo.

The atmosphere is also very unique with Japanese cat figurines (maneki-neko) dotted along the walls as well as toy machines and mechanical claws in the back, where you can play your hand and attempt to win dining vouchers and Chanel lipsticks!

We recently wrote an article about the opening of Sushi Boto and discuss some of their menu items, so check that out here!

Contact the venue via the contact form provided or by the phone number, email & web address below the form.
