Tucked away just off Claredon Street, this gallery and Melbourne function venue is one of a kind. A truly unique and versatile function space that will be able to accommodate any type and style of event.

We are a funky new warehouse venue in trendy South Melbourne where we have recently hosted many great cocktail celebrations with many satisfied customers. Our space is industrial, yet chic and classy with a wonderful warehouse atmosphere, perfect for any celebration or unique conference event Seating capacity would be 120, and cocktail style , which is very popular these days for the budget conscious is 20- 180 pp Our in-house catering make us very cost competitive and we provide a fabulous party atmosphere with great entertainment available jazz/pianist vocalist or a beautiful operatic duet.

Our venue hire fee is a very reasonable $1500 ex GST and includes all moveable fixtures, fittings, glassware, staff, public liability insurances, cleaning, sound system, crockery, and a magnificent Banquet table etc. Our cocktail style parties start at only $59.90 p GST and can be designed around any budgets depending on the duration we also can accommodate sit down style functions with a magnificent ambience and acoustics at very reasonable prices. PLUS BYO cocktail/spirits with no corkage on arrival for guests.
