ABOUT Shaw Davey Slum
Unique Rooftop Bars

THIS VENUE IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED.

Located in Carlton, the Shaw Davey Slum is a 60’s theme pub over two levels.  The bottom level is a more traditional style pub with 18 different taps of beers.  There is always a deal, some of which include $8 cocktails, $14 jugs of all tap beer or $12 chicken parmas.

The second level is highlighted by a retractable roof and dance floor. Holding up to 400 people on the second level with Dj’s playing create cracking vibe.  When the weather is nice the dance floor is open creating a ripping open air party!

Being in Carlton the crowd is diverse from uni students who have just finished an exam, to local Carlton residents after a Vino after work.  On a Friday/ Saturday night the crowd is younger as the dance floor picks up!

Shaw Davey Slum is available for private functions & venue hire
