Rokeby100 is a modern industrial blank canvas event space in the heart of Collingwood! Minutes from Smith St, and a stone’s throw from great public transport facilities, the site lends itself to so many options for any kind of function. Full container height roller door access allows for easy unloading and setup and can allow the use of vehicles to be displayed within also. Natural light from the high ceiling roof, and at night the lighting changes to a full customized lighting system. Internal PA system, just plug any device into the mixer and the music can play through 6 large permanent speakers.

The space at Rokeby 100 is suitable for all different type of events depending on your numbers. The venue can hold 200 people for a standing cocktail event and 100 pax for seated. The inside space is suitable for 180 pax cocktail and 80 pax seated. The grass turfed space is suitable for 80 pax standing and 20 pax seated.

At Rokeby 100 they do not charge a fee for venue hire. All of the events are based on a minimum spend across both the food and drinks at the venue. They handle all of this for you, making sure your event runs seamlessly. The venue is a blank canvas warehouse space, fitted out with everything you may need for your function to make it seamless for you. This is all included within the minimum spend.
