Polly is one of Melbourne’s first cocktail bars, opening on Brunswick Street in the heart of Fitzroy over 18 years ago; still living up its reputation of premiere cocktails, and an atmosphere of true hospitality. Today, Polly’s menu boasts an expansive range of cocktails, customers are encouraged to challenge the bartenders to create new classics or re-invigorate old favourites – no request is too hard. With a menu of over 20 craft cocktails, you’re sure to find a tipple that will make your evening.

Polly Cocktail Bar offers cocktail classes, whisky tasting classes, absinthe tasting classes and even a high tea with twist, for something a little different. After something a little more secluded? Polly Cocktail Bar has a private function room available which can accommodate up to 60 guests.

A relaxed and opulent vibe that is perfect for small and large groups for all occasions, or even a nightcap after dinner.

In addition, Polly has an ever-growing assortment of cigars which customers are welcome to take away or enjoy with one of their more exclusive bottles behind the bar.
