Prepare yourself for one of the most avant-garde and gorgeous venues along the harbour in Docklands.

Located at Central Pier, Peninsula is a waterfront venue situated inside a heritage-listed shipping container. Taking its inspiration from London's Tate Modern Museum, this unique space features exposed trusses, nine metre high ceilings, expansive windows and the original loading doors of the shed.

Peninsula's iconic 660-metre chandelier is one of the longest in the Southern Hemisphere and is equally complimented by a sophisticated neutral colour palette designed to elevate any event.

The venue provides a refined, modern Australian menu with an assortment of plated dishes that range from the more traditional to the exotic. A wide selection of specialty food stations are available, as well as an informal BBQ menu.

With a capacity of up to 2500 for a cocktail event and 1344 for a sit-down function, it's easy to see how this is one of Victoria's largest event venues. But don’t be intimidated by the size, while Peninsula is expansive, it still holds a welcoming elegance. The venue also has the versatility to be broken into two independent spaces via an operable wall.
