ABOUT Pearl Diver
Cocktails & Oysters

Pearl Diver Cocktails & Oysters (PDCO) is co-owned by Alex Boon and Pez Collier who worked with The Speakeasy Group on the Pathway to Partnership program to open their dream venue.

PDCO is inspired by New Orleans style cocktail and oyster bars, with a focus on the freshest, seasonal oysters and Caribbean-style cocktails. The venue pairs this inspiration with polished service, knowledgeable staff and a lively, energetic atmosphere. The food menu is focused on seasonal produce, delivered in shared style wine and cocktail friendly snacks and plates.

For a unique experience, the PDCO team offer Oyster Masterclasses which showcase their passion and knowledge of oysters paired with a flight of matched beverages.

Pearl Diver Cocktails & Oysters is available for private functions & venue hire
