“Eat Street Truck”

Kuku Mama is a pop up kitchen in funky Windsor, serving quirky fusion dishes inspired from street food and North American Food Trucks. Our goal is to produce creative, interesting food that is full of flavour and as close to street value price as we can. There is a mix of healthy gluten friendly and unhealthy deep fried dishes that can be enjoyed individually or shared banquet style. Some delicacies from our menu are:

  • Mac & Cheese Squares w Bobby John sauce

  • Korapean Bao – Soft shell crab, Kuku kimchi & Kewpie mayo

  • Cheeseburger Dumpling – Beef, pickle, cheese, Bobby John sauce

  • Texas Rib & Pickle Taco (Hard or Soft shell) – Beef short rib, Kuku hot sauce

  • Kuku Chop Salad – Purple cabbage, wombok, red pepper, coriander, carrot, crispy shallots, rice wine vinegar

  • Jah Makin’ Me Hot – Jamaican Jerk mussels, chilli beer broth

  • South Central – BBQ hanger steak, chimichurri, potato & corn salsa.
