The Lonsdale Street precinct consists of four adjacent properties situated on the edge of Melbourne’s vibrant Chinatown and Greek precincts; Spanning from Tattersalls Lane to Celestial Avenue and fronting onto Lonsdale Street.

Bourke Street Precinct consists of a multi-story car park with vehicle access from Hardware Lane and Bourke Street and pedestrian access (by arrangement) via Platypus Alley, Racing Club and Warburton Lanes. These venues can be hired as a whole, in sections, by level or part thereof - check out the 'Spaces' section below for more information.
