ABOUT Franco Choo’s – Rustic Italian Dining

FUNCTION VENUES NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Welcome to Franco Choo's, a small, rustic Italian restaurant that celebrates authentic Mediterranean food and Italian varietal wines. Only a short stroll away from the hustle and bustle of Chapel St, Prahran, this local secret is worth discovering for its simple yet surprising menu that makes the most of seasonal produce.

Inspired by the trattorias of Italy, our homely dining space at Franco Choo's is the perfect backdrop to the honest food and attentive service that we offer. Having travelled and worked extensively around Europe and Australia, owner/chef Steven Choo has assembled a menu that's warm, homely, thoughtful and concise.

The cuisine reflects simple and traditional flavours, recalling the Mediterranean cultures from which the dishes are derived, yet with a few twists inspired by seasonal variety.
