Boutique Distillery Venue Hire

Located in the heart of Lygon street, Fossey's is Carlton’s very own and much loved Boutique Distillery. Entering the bluestone building you will find exposed brick walls, floorboards and a giant copper still behind the bar. Head upstairs to the seductive and charismatic Cocktail Bar where you can nestle into a comfy chair, couch or grab a seat at the bar while they mix you up a ‘Fossey’s Favourite’ cocktail.

 

The Cocktail Bar

The entire upstairs cocktail bar would be reserved for you and your guests, which holds 40 people seated or 60 people cocktail style. This would be your own private cocktail bar with speaker and Spotify access or an artist live music stage area. The Fossey's team can rearrange furniture to suit your function style and provide you with a variety of food and beverage packages featuring Fossey’s very own distilled in-house gin selection. Oh and whisky and rum of course!

 

Entire Venue

The entire venue is available to you holding a maximum of 100 people featuring Fossey’s downstairs fully operational distillery, kitchen, bar and seated Alfresco area, plus Fossey’s upstairs cocktail bar.

Fossey’s offers the highest quality of Victorian premium, small-batch gin, whisky, vodka & rum. Throw in a tasty booze-inspired Tapas menu & function menu and they can assure you that you and your guests will be impressed with this divine space!
