Framed by stunning Melbourne views and moody, immersive interiors, the venue transforms effortlessly, from polished gala dinners and daring brand activations to luxe weddings and late-night celebrations drenched in atmosphere. Hosting up to 1,200 guests cocktail-style or 500 seated, Evoqé adapts to every vision.

- Use of the venue for an event duration of five hours (evening) or four hours (day time)
- Complete use of the venue (furniture, bars, VIP suite, dance floor, kitchen equipment)
- Evoqé Events Event Manager to work with suppliers and assist in creating your desired running schedule
- Front of House Supervisor & Back of House Supervisor to liaise
with your caterer
- Four hour bump in and two hour bump out period

*The external caterer is to provide all front back of house staff, including supervisors and/or managers to run all aspects of your event, including set up and pack down. Q Events staff are provided solely to ensure the venue and all equipment is protected, to give guidance when utilizing or storing Q Events equipment and to assist with general duties relating to the venue.

Additional charges apply for the following:

- All inclusive set up package (glassware, cutlery & linen hire)
- Kitchen Hand to provide direction when utilising dishwashing equipment
- Additional lighting, audio visual requirements and technician on duty
- Extended bump-in / bump-out fees
- On site cleaners (if required by the client) to service the bathrooms
