Ellora is located at the Iconic 1 Fitzroy Street in St Kilda, spanning over 2 levels it boasts some of the greatest panoramic views of the bay to the city that Melbourne has to offer.

Open till very late on the Weekends, Ellora plays host to both couples looking for an intimate night out and groups looking for the perfect place to settle in for the night.

On arrival, the bright & bubbly team will welcome their guests with open arms, all geared up and ready to build some creative in-house and traditional cocktails whilst they serenade them with a mix of music choices.

Fridays see the crew pushing out Cocktail Specials mixed with R&B and Hip Hop to kick off the weekend celebrations.

Saturdays, Ellora opens a little earlier with some Happy Hours on taps & basics to kickstart the day before our crowd enters for a night filled dedicated to party vibes.

Sundays are for Bottomless Lunches from 1pm-3pm, where guests get to indulge themselves for two hours of glutenous power with Cocktails, High Tea and Tapas, Wines and Mimosa’s! Bookings are essential for this treat!

Book for a few or book for many, either way you can book the perfect spot for an afterwork tipple, a night out, a celebration or that needed hair of the dog.
