Eau-de-Vie is a French expression that translates to “water of life”. Spirits such as French brandy (eaux-de-vie), whisk(e)y, vodka and aquavit from Norway all take their names from the alchemic notion that spirits were an elixir of life.
Eau-de-Vie prides itself on creating truly memorable events and believes in offering special and unique experiences alongside their intimate and hidden event spaces – Then Whisky Room and Library.
Experiences include Cocktail and Whisky Masterclasses and activations, private liquid nitrogen martini trolley service, bespoke cocktails created specifically for you or your company, complimentary co-branded invitations and menus, elaborate food stations and much more. The Eau-de-Vie team also specialise in the pairing of food and cocktails in there Cocktail Matched Degustation, hosted at a custom built table where the paired cocktails are shaken, stirred and flamed in front of the guests eyes.

The Whisky Room
The Whisky Room is Eau-de-Vie’s private event space, hidden away behind a bookcase door. Home to their private whisky lockers and hard to find drams, this exclusive space can be hired for up to 40 guests for bespoke events and unique experiences.
Eau-de-Vie’s one of a kind Cocktail Degustation experience is held in the exclusive event space, The Library. Pull back the velvet drapes to reveal the dining concept centred around their custom-built table which focuses on the artful and extravagant matching and pairing of cocktails to the 5-course menu created by Eau-de-Vie's head chef. Hosted by one of their award dinning bar tenders the degustation is a rich, theatrical and unique experience and is available for up to 16 guests booked privately or as a shared offering.
