ABOUT Easy Tiger – Collingwood Restaurants

UNFORTUNATELY, EASY TIGER IS NOW PERMANENTLY CLOSED

Easy Tiger is a Thai inspired restaurant that celebrates the soaring flavours found in south east Asian cuisine: hot and sour; rich and creamy; fresh and aromatic.

Awarded a Chef's Hat by the Age Good Food Guide for the past two years we thrive amongst barbers, galleries and bars on the ever evolving Smith Street in Collingwood.

We combine the punchy flavours of Thai street food with a communal banquet feast that offers a showcase of bold dishes eaten together to create a harmonious meal.

We pair this feast with fragrant cocktails, local craft beer & unique single vineyard Victorian wines.

With three very distinct entertaining spaces we can host several diverse events at the same time- meetings, lectures, luncheons, tastings, dinners and cocktail parties.
