A selection of venue spaces leave Dr Morse as an ideal destination for your swish intimate dinners, big birthday bashes, wedding receptions or corporate events.

The restaurant provides a diverse space for any bistro fare, Chef’s selection menus, or more of casual event with enough space to stand and mingle for 35 guests cozied up to our fireplaces in Jimmy’s room.

Dine on low banquette seating overlooking Johnston street and our front bar with up to 24 guests. Jimmy’s room can be booked for 24 guests seated or 35 seated/standing.

Our most popular space for events is our all-weather beer garden. The expansive space with corrugated iron, brick lined walls and a glistening disco ball provides a superb leafy oasis backdrop for your next event.

The beer garden has a bar located within arms reach for a healthy dose of local beers, natural vin and a concoction of our house cocktails. They’ve perfected the cross section of food, bev and a little bit of disco, with DJs from 2pm on weekends, filling the beer garden with blissful sounds serving as a spectacular foundation for your next event.

The beer garden can be booked for events up to 130 guests with a mixture of seated and standing room. With a retractable roof and heaters for the chilly months, they’ll make sure nothing rains on your parade.
