Day of the Dead is a Spanish cocktail and tapas bar located on Fitzroy Street in St. Kilda. They are known for their expansive variety and quality of cocktails and unparalleled customer service. Here at Day of the Dead Cocktail Tapas, our mission is to commemorate what Cocktail bars and restaurants once were by reinstating a long forgotten standard. The days when being behind the bar wasn’t a job, it was a life-choice. The days when all ailments could be cured with a combination of Tequila, Chartreuse and maybe even a little Jagermeister. When pouring a perfect drink wasn’t for a tip, but merely for the love of knowing that your services and presentation created an experience, a memory and maybe if you’re lucky, a little bit of happiness.
