As a multi-faceted venue located in Collingwood on Smith Street, the The Craft & Co provide a rich culinary showcase of Australian food and drink producers via their retail store, bar, eatery and in-house production facilities.

They've incorporated an onsite micro-brewery, distillery, cured meats and cheese making rooms and coffee roasters all under the one roof. They also operate their own 40 acre site producing grapes for wine-making, with future plans to grow their own fruit, vegetables, grains, hops and livestock for in-house food and drink products.

The eatery reflects their profound passion for modern food created using traditional and contemporary techniques, dishes that highlight the integrity of each ingredient, and their ability to create countless elements in-house.
