The Distillery

Ideally located just 3km from Melbourne's city centre, Brogan’s Way Distillery is a unique function space crafted with the same care and attention as the spirited sensations that emerge from the copper still at its heart.

Embracing its manufacturing heritage while presenting a modern, warehouse style edge, the venue blends industrial steel with the warm natural tones of Australian timbers; a beautiful home for the impressive hybrid copper pot still and stainless-steel tanks, framed like great works of art behind an expansive bar of solid wood.

As a working gin distillery, the complete process is very much on display in this welcoming environment. Events can be tailored to provide visitors an insight into the production of the aromatic spirit, including the particulars that make Brogan’s Way gins unique.

So take a tour, learn the art and science of gin making with master classes, and embrace the spirit with cocktail making demonstrations. Or simply make a date with friends for your very special event... and make your way to Brogan’s Way.

 

The Space

Brogan’s Way Distillery is available for a range of exclusive bookings including weddings, Christmas parties, product launches and photo shoots, as well as for more bespoke events such as smaller cocktail functions and corporate bookings.

The main floor caters for up to 100 guests sit-down dining, and up to 120 for a cocktail style event. The venue’s liquor license operates Mon – Thurs until 1pm to 10pm, and Fri 1pm – 11pm and Sat – Sun 10:30am until 11pm.

Please note Brogan’s Way Distillery strongly adheres to the responsible service of alcohol policies and retains the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated.

The Food

Options for catering at Brogan’s Way Distillery are many and varied. They offer their own range of scrumptious Charcuterie & Cheese Tasting Plates that match their gins perfectly.

More substantial catering can be arranged through Going Gourmet. They offer a tremendous selection of cocktail, sit down and bespoke menus that can be tailored to your tastes, no matter the size of your party and budget. Their services also extend to wedding creations and function planning.

For those wanting something a little different they are able to arrange alternative options through their Food Truck partners.

 

Beverage Packages

All Brogan’s Way Distillery drinks packages include beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks across the entry level, standard level & premium range.

The package fee is charged per head to cover drinks, the liquor licenses, insurance and RSA requirements as well as the cocktail bar and standard glassware.
