Established in 2020, Bonny has quickly shot up as a locals' favourite venue in busy Fitzroy.

Bonny bar has a wonderful layout which includes an Open Kitchen next to the Main Bar and indoor + outdoor seating and long group tables; it is fantastic for a sit-down dinner event!

The concept of the kitchen at Bonny is simple, they offer a space where the very best Melbourne chefs can exhibit their amazing food in a combined Bar and Restaurant setting.

With the focus on showcasing their incredible talent in an approachable format, each year Bonny hand select their favourite chefs to do three-month residencies in their kitchen. Previous chefs have included peter Gunn of Ides, Michael Baker of Henry Sugar, Teage Ezard of Gingerboy and Andrea Serrelli of Grossi Florentino.

Bonny can seat 40 people in our courtyard across 2 long tables, 40 people in our main bar across high tables, bar stools and our cosy couch area. Furthermore, we have 32 alfresco dining seats on Brunswick St!
