Overlooking the green and leafy Wellington Square, The Welly has a long local history and maintain a strong passion for supporting locals.

With big screen TVs, Fox Sports and full TAB facilities, it's a great place to watch live sport year round, and it’s the only pub in North Adelaide that still has a TAB, open from 10am - late 7 days a week.

With three bars, you can choose from the Sports Bar, one of the last ‘true’ front bars in North Adelaide, the Media Bar which provides the perfect place to sit and have a drink with friends, and the all-seasons Lounge Bar.

The Welly is the perfect place to get together in Summer when the large front windows open allowing you to enjoy the view over Wellington Square, or in Winter with the cosy wood fireplace to keep you warm. Enjoy a beer or cider at the bar or sit in one of the booths and stimulate your tastebuds with sensational food from the a la carte menu.

 

The daily specials draw crowds from far and wide with :

-Trade Out Monday - $5 pints of all tap beers and ciders til the kegs run out

-Curry Day Tuesday - Choose from 2 curries for only $14 each plus $6 pints of Vale LGR all day

-Wednesday Steaks - Choose from a 250g sirloin or 300g t-bone for $19 with chips, salad and sauce of your choice

-Thursday Burgers - Choose any of the 4 burgers with a pint of Hahn Super Dry or Hills Cider for $15

-Funk Soul Friday - $6 Corona, $6 Heineken pints, $6 base spirits 4.30pm-6.30pm and DJ playing funky tunes from 4.30pm

-Vintage Sunday - $2.50 butchers of all tap beers and ciders all day plus DJ playing retro tunes from 2pm

The Lounge Bar is the best bar in North Adelaide for all seasons!
