Opening it's doors in Feb 2010. Anthony Kaplan, the man behind North Bondi's The Shop & Wine Bar and Brent Mills from Brooklyn NYC's Sweetwater Tavern have partnered up as the new guard at this historic location, once a stop for the Bondi tram and home to Castile for the past 35 years.

The ground floor features a living and dining room serving up a rustic Italian menu including slow-cooked roasts, seasonal specials and classic wood fire pizzas. Mediterranean food and wood fired pizzas, natural, organic, biodynamic wines, local beers and top notch cocktails!

Re-opened by Ben Siderowitz in July 2017, The Corner House kept his local, homely feeling and added a bit of culture. Now a curator of art shows, live music sessions and workshops; The Corner House is not just a bar restaurant, it's also a cultural space where you can find good people, good food, good wine and art.
