The Ascot opens daily from 4am until 10:30am for breakfast and offers a wide selection of hot and cold dishes from our RISE Breakfast buffet.

RISE combines the best of contemporary hotel breakfasts with the latest café offerings such as great espresso coffee, freshly cooked hot food, baked muffins, flavoured yoghurts and chilled seasonal fruits. RISE is about high energy, healthy options and fast solutions.

Dinner is served from 5:30pm until 10pm with a variety of delicious options available along with an extensive wine list to match.

The Ascot has a bold new menu featuring Australian cuisine and locally sourced ingredients, marrying classic techniques with modern sensibilities, complemented by a comprehensive beverage list featuring signature cocktails.
