Channelling the traditional favourites with modern influences, the chef has applied his knowledge of Lebanese and Japanese food to create subtle connections in cooking styles and flavours that can be found throughout the menu like the baba ghanoush with eggplant chunks and miso, or the hummus with chilli edamame and chilli oil.

Cubby’s drinks menu features Lebanese inspired beverages like the Pomegranate Mojito, Araktini, Lebanese Espresso Martini, and also Almaza Beer and Chateau Ksara Wines, imported from Lebanon.
