ABOUT Cartel
Modern South American Bars

Cartel, a 2021 addition to Chippendale’s Kensington Street, is a South American-inspired cocktail bar set in a restored heritage building for casual drinking and dining.

The drinks menu caters to all tastes – spanning from classic signature Margaritas to creative house cocktails and Mezcal mixers.

To complement there is a generous menu of tapas, tacos, sides and larger dishes curated by owner and award-winning mixologist, Grant Collins. Collins even personally sourced over 50 tequilas and over 60 mezcals, all of which are served at Cartel.

To top it off, elevate your event by treating guests to unique sharing options like the ‘Tequila Tower’ and ‘Margarita Tree’.
