Head Chef, Elton Inglis, presents a 5-course degustation menu paired accordingly with premium wines hand picked by award-winning head Sommelier.
The menu holds an exceptionally high standard and will deliver outstanding food. Each course will be a delight to your tastebuds and will send you into truffle heaven! Partnering with Lime & Tonic, 360 is celebrating the start of the truffle season through the perfect menu.
You will be starting your night with slow cooked duck egg, truffle puree, salt and vinegar cabbage paired with truffle brioche. Followed by a course of beef carpaccio and fresh tagliatelle and black truffle…only halfway over!
The fourth course of the night is a fillet mignon with truffle mash and confit onion, all coming together to liven up your life and prepare you for the final dish. A black truffle panna cotta with truffle honey will be the last stop of the night…absolutely delicious!
