WestWaters Bistro is located within the WestWaters complex, the go-to place for entertainment in the West.

Located on the banks of Lake Caroline, dine amongst scenic views with an array of indoor and outdoor seating. The All-Day Dining menu features an extensive grill selection with 6 different cuts of beef and classic dishes done well.

Their show-stopper is a 1.2KG Pinnacle Tomahawk MSA 2+, grilled to perfection. Additionally, the Bistro offers breakfast including biscoff pancakes, acai bowls, smoothies, barista-made coffee and more. The Bistro also offers weekly food specials such as Sunday Roasts, T-Bone Tuesdays and Parma Wednesdays making it the ideal meeting place for weekly catch-ups with friends and family.

The Lobby Bar

The Lobby Bar is located within the WestWaters Entertainment Complex on the banks of Lake Caroline. It is the go-to place in the Western suburbs for late-night catch-ups and entertainment. The spacious bar with floor-to-ceiling windows provides a scenic view of the lake. Fully stocked with your favourite alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, the bar also contains an extensive wine list and signature cocktails.
