WestWaters Ballroom

The WestWaters Ballroom is the largest of their event spaces, catering up to 450 guests.

It has a dedicated pre-function area, outdoor courtyard and a full-service bar. The space can be transformed into a cocktail style or sit-down event.

Enhance your function with the large dance floor, stage, HD data projector and screens.

WestWaters Ballroom 1 & 2

The WestWaters Ballroom can also be divided into two smaller spaces known as WestWaters Ballroom 1 and 2.

These spaces cater to small to medium-sized events utilising cocktail tables, large round tables and lounges. Both areas have a full-service bar and projectors.

Additionally, WestWaters Ballroom 1 has access to an outdoor courtyard with comfortable lounges and heating.

Panorama Room

The Panorama Room is located on Lake Caroline and has gorgeous views of the surrounding areas. This room is perfect for private dining or smaller functions of 70 guests cocktail and 50 guests sit-down style.

An outdoor area is also available for exclusive use (additional charges apply).

Lake Lounge

WestWaters also has an outdoor event space known as The Lake Lounge, located on the banks of Caroline Springs. It is the ideal space for pre-dinner drinks, Christmas parties and cocktail functions for up to 150 guests.

It is best used in the warmer months with a portable full-serviced bar and a dance floor.
