Rubia Cafe Function Venue Hire

Located in Melbourne's Bayside's industrial landscape, Rubia Cafe is a contemporary venue, perfect for private and corporate entertaining. Originally built for a brick manufacturer, Rubia Cafe is a cafe and event space with high ceilings, dramatic concrete features, unique lighting and an abundance of natural light and greenery.

 

Cafe:

This space is finished beautifully, and has tables and chairs that can host up to 95 guests. The space can be equipped for your events needs such as audio/visual including TV's, and DJ's or ambient music if your event requires. Dimmable lighting can help set the mood for a great event.

Furniture can be moved for a cocktail style event of up to 250 guests. The team at Rubia have a great network of event professionals they call friends, and can put you in touch with anyone needed for your event, from florists to entertainment.

 

Alfresco:

The alfresco area in the front of the venue can entertain 55 guests seated, and 80 guests for a cocktail style event.

 

Private Dining and Board Room:

This private area gives an elevated view of the café below and can sit up to 8 people for breakfast or lunch. Catering offered can be a tailored menu for you and your guests. This area is also available to hire as a boardroom for corporate style events.
