Located in the Italian quarter of Lygon Street, Da Guido La Pasta stands out against the rest as a warm, authentic Italian restaurant. Operated by a family with over 40 years of restaurant experience, both in Italy and Australia, Da Guido will take you to Italy right in the heart of Carlton.

The menu features many fresh pasta dishes with both the sauces and pasta made in-house every day. Pasta dishes are what Da Guido is best known for, but they offer other Italian favourites such as seafood, steak and a selection of entrees.

The restaurant operates under lawyer and gastronome Anthelme Brillat-Savarin’s famous motto: "To receive guests is to take charge of their happiness during the entire time they are under your roof." They truly adhere to these words, and it perfectly sums up their passion for fresh produce and authentic recipes.
