The William Bligh is a Rum & Cocktail Specialty Bar which can be found in the heart of the East End. Located down the unique and vibrant Vardon Avenue, a street full of history and life.

Offering an impressive 60+ Rums - but who’s boasting - we’re sure they can find one that will sway you to the Rum side. Then again, if Rum isn’t your style, they also have a range of whiskey’s, scotch, vodka’s & an impressive selection of Gin’s to suit every flavour palate. If spirits ain’t your thing, their ciders, beers & wines are sourced from some of the best small production breweries & winemakers around Australia.

Come in for the drinks, and stay for the music and food. An enticing selection of platters and Tapas is available at The William Bligh, with the exception to the idea that meals should only be consumed by the person ordering it. They believe the best kind of meals are the one’s shared and experienced together.
