Located just over an hour from the Adelaide CBD, the picturesque Saltram Wine Estate is the perfect location to host your next function or event, whatever the occasion. Established in 1859, Saltram Wine Estate combines the old age charm of the original winery with modern facilities and contemporary styling. It is the perfect venue for all sorts of occasions, offering beautiful gardens, and a variety of function rooms.

Salters Kitchen caters for all events at Saltram and Wolf Blass. The chefs use the finest produce from the Barossa and South Australia, and menus can be matched with wines from either portfolio.

Dolans Den


Fully encompassing the Estate’s rich history Dolans Den is an intimate space providing a beautiful setting with contemporary lighting. This room is located in the Saltram Winery building, and seats maximum 70 people.

Grey Floor Barrel Room


The Grey Floor Barrel Room is located deep in the heart of the winery under the heritage gabled room amid a backdrop of oak barrels and original white washed stonewalls. The themed 1800’s barrel hall contains lights from the exposed beams and is the largest function space seating maximum 130 people

Mamre Brook House


The Mamre Brook House has a variety of areas that can be utilized for your function; Mamre Brook Rose Garden, the Private Lawns and the Grand House with Entrance Hall, Formal Lounge and Dining Room. The private lawns are the perfect space for a marquee event catering for a maximum of approx. 150 people, and the house is ideal for smaller, more intimate groups. (Lunch events only)

Wolf Blass Function Centre


This purpose built space can host a private dinner, a grand banquet, or a full-day business meeting, and provides the ultimate in regional hospitality. Whether it’s breakfast for 30, canapés for 350 or dinner for 600 they can accommodate all event your requirements.

Saltram Estate makes the perfect setting for your special day, complete with quality food, wine and service and an unbeatable backdrop. The Wedding Package includes menus and beverage pricing options as well as decoration ideas and recommended suppliers. The team will work with you to create seasonal dishes that complement the award winning wine list and blow you and your guests away.
