Located in Rydges South Park is the Skyline Event Centre, a dedicated events venue that is perfect for hosting conferences, meetings, weddings and private events in Adelaide. Offering unparalleled views over the region, the Skyline has a variety of rooms and spaces to choose from for your special occasion, and houses the Skyline Restaurant & Bar.

Private Dining


Skyline Restaurant features two Private Dining Rooms offering one of the top restaurant dining experiences in Adelaide, ideal for any private event, celebration, cocktail party or wedding. Located on the top level with 180 degree glass façade overlooking the surrounding Parklands and Adelaide Hills, it is sectioned off from the main restaurant and can be set in a number of configurations, with its own private access and bathrooms. With a menu and wine list focused around South Australian produce, Sato Kikuchi heads the kitchen with his award winning modern Australian cuisine.

Skyline Event Centre


Rydges South Park Adelaide function rooms are able to provide three different experiences in one venue. From day meetings, residential conferences, corporate dinners, cocktail parties, to social events, receptions and weddings. With an experienced team, you are in safe hands where no detail is missed.

Deck Cafe & Bar


The Deck available for private hire and is an exclusive venue perfect for social events, cocktail parties and BBQs for up to 100 people, featuring an alfresco setting, private bar and two outdoor courtyards.

Skyline Restaurant & Lounge Bar


Located on the top floor of Rydges South Park Adelaide and offering stunning, uninterrupted views over the surrounding parklands and Adelaide Hills, the newly refurbished restaurant specialises in modern Australian cuisine with an accent on the freshest locally sourced seafood and char-grilled meats. Relax and enjoy a cocktail and some moreish bar bites in the new lounge bar. Open seven days a week, it is a-la-carte dining at its best, and featuring regular dining specials, Skyline Restaurant is one of Adelaide’s best dining experiences.
