Their motto is ‘success through service’ and this is applied to all areas of our function centre, from your first enquiry, through the coordination process with the dedicated function manager, to on the day service where they will strive to truly wow both you and your guests.

Function Centre


The Osmond Terrace Function Centre can accommodate an event from 70 guests for a sit down function, up to 180 banquet style or up to 390 cocktail. There is plenty of free on site parking and is centrally located to the city and surrounding parklands. The quiet sound proof room means no outside distractions during your event and the layout of the room offers great diversity, versatility and includes use of the dance floor and two roving microphones for speeches.

The Boardroom


The recently refurbished boardroom is the perfect place for your next meeting. The heritage style architectural features (high ceilings, huge sash windows and fire place), are elegantly set-off against fresh light coloured walls, white venetian blinds and modern wooden light features.

The Lit Room


For more casual gatherings the Lit Room is a small private area to the side of the public bar that is perfect for more intimate functions.
