Topikós, which translates to "local," is the epitome of contemporary Greek cuisine in Bondi.

Leading chefs at Topikós, Executive Chef Danny Corbett, Head Chef Charles Woodward, and Culinary Director Joel Bickford, have created a menu that expertly combines the finest of modern Greek cuisine with Australian influences and fresh ingredients.

Topikós’ menu offers a sizable selection of meze, which encourages sharing and group eating, a genuine vegetable section, a charcoal grill and a woodfire oven for everything from beautifully fresh fish to the softest handmade pita this side of the Aegean.

The beverages menu has a succinct selection of 60 wines, 20 of which are available by the glass, with a suitable blend of Australian, Italian, French, and Greek wineries; there is a drink for everyone!

Bar Manager, Josh Reynolds says of the cocktail list,

“The drinks at Topikós celebrate the abundance of fresh ingredients that are found throughout the Mediterranean. The all-day drinking ethos was really important to us, so creating a menu with enticing flavours and great technique was paramount. There’s a drink for everyone.”

On his favourite cocktail Josh Reynolds, Bar Manager answers,

“I’d have to say the Baklava Old Fashioned, toasted walnut infused bourbon that we cold-infuse for 24 hrs, with buttered vodka, honey, maple and sea salt. Decadence in all its glory”
