A fully stocked bar with a charismatic bartender greets you on the ascent into the main entertainment area of The Ternary. Unlike the theatre, colour and action of the open kitchens found in the restaurant, The Ternary Bar is a place for conversation and relaxation. Hand selected from outstanding local and overseas vintages, our award winning wine list is impressive and extensive yet affordable. The share plates can be paired with your wine, or throw caution to the wind and mix and match as you please.

The Ternary bar has added another dimension to the classics and usual cocktail lists with signature cocktail selections designed and mixed by resident award winning mixologists who themselves add to the character of the venue. Enjoying the taste is just one aspect of bar experience as you unwind and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and exceptional views one can expect overlooking Sydney’s stunning Darling Harbour and city skyline from The Ternary Terrace.

The Ternary Bar transforms into a sanctuary in the early stages of the evening as it carries onto the chimney lounge where the flames flicker over the fire pits. It’s a place where good times begin.

The Ternary's Happy Hour is Monday - Sunday, 4pm - 6pm and includes $6.50 house beverages (house selection of beers, wines and spirits).
