The Drummer is a locals institution located in the heart of Glebe. Housed within a three storey terrace that has history dating back to the 1950's, The Drummer is multifaceted, providing a range of different spaces throughout the building all with different vibes. Lesser known, is HiHat Bar, a well-kept local's secret: The Drummer's very own rooftop bar on the third storey, facing out onto the city skyline.

The Drummer offers a wide range of designer cocktails and mocktails, as well as a mix of local and imported wines and beers. While beverages are definitely a speciality at The Drummer, we also place a strong focus on our food offerings, ensuring our bar menu uses fresh and local produce, and that our kitchen stays open until close, every day.

Another highlight of The Drummer is our music and arts program, with free weekly live music sessions happening every Thursday and Saturday, as well as special events such as comedy, album launches, and craft workshops, all in collaboration with local artists and businesses.
