The menus reflect the location with fresh sustainable seafood, Aussie classics and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Executive chef Tom Walton (as seen on Ready Steady Cook) leads the kitchen, and his love for local produce and sustainable seafood can be seen in an array of dishes. The most popular dishes range from their famous bucket of fish and chips, baby kale green goddess salad and salmon/tuna poke bowl (for the health conscious) as well as juicy burgers and light options perfect for sharing.
